The platforms and hardware components we use are only procured from well-established industrial equipment manufacturers and suppliers, with a proven track record in the process and energy sector. Our standard control panel drawing pack provides comprehensive detail for both assembly and maintenance.

Structured Software

We have a library of proven-in-use software modules and coding standards which utilise the full capability of modern-day process controllers and PLC’s. Off-the-shelf applications include: tank gauging and flow computer comms handlers, tank inventory and movements monitoring, ticket printer drivers and bespoke HMI display drivers for use in hazardous zones.

The Test Lab

Our test lab comprises a range of high spec field instrument simulators, controllers, comms interface units, I/O systems, servers, and managed network infrastructure which enables us to test and validate new systems, or upgrades to existing systems, to as near to site conditions as possible.
